Architectural review at Stonebridge is required by covenants and administered by the Board of Directors (via the Architectural Review Committee - ARC). This team is the keeper of the "community standard" and the good looks we all enjoy are perpetuated through their efforts.
The ARC is comprised of interested residents who take the time to listen to other residents to understand the needs when a change is desired. This can be as simple as paint colors, weeds in the yard, or as complicated as a home addition. The reason most Stonebridge homeowners chose to make their home in the comminity is the appearance and general continuity between properties that the developer originally laid out. It is the responsibility of the ARC to maintain that standard and occasionally clarify or spell out guidelines as the properties and landscapes continue to mature.
